Issue: In the assessment questions with yes-no answers get scattered all over the screen.

Solution: Your screen resolution may be set to a troublesome screen resolution. Please change the resolution to 1280 x 1024 or 1024 x 768 (go to Start menu, choose Control Panel, then Display, then Settings.
