Issue: What can I do if I need to finish or have suspended a session?

Solution: You can restore any session by choosing the Restore a Previous Session button in the Session Manager Options. When a respondent is returning to finish a suspended assessment, he or she must use the same computer as he or she did when starting the assessment.
