Issue: What is the distinction between administrator and session manager?
Solution: MIDSA is designed so that all the information about respondents and staff can be kept secure on one computer (presumably in an office) and other computers can be used to give assessments. The person who manages the central system is the administrator and the people who give assessments are the session managers. The administrator and session manager functions can also be incorporated in a single MIDSA on a single computer, if so desired.
