Issue: I cannot log in as session manager.
Solution: 1. Check that you are using the same username and password that your administrator entered into the computer. They are case sensitive. 2. Make sure you are clicking on "Session" button (or pressing Enter Key) and not one of the others. 3. Your username and password must be registered in the MIDSA you are using. If this is the administrator's computer, login as administrator and check that the session manager is authorized and that the username and password is correct. If you are using a different computer from that of your administrator, s/he should have sent you a .midsagrate file and you should have clicked Setup (before logging in) and directed MIDSA to the .midsagrate file.
