Solution: Under our introductory offer the MIDSA software is free and you can request as many reports as you wish during the 30-day trial period. Reports are requested and delivered electronically so there is virtually no delay. After the initial 30-day trial, the Basic Adult MIDSA is $30 per report and the full MIDSA is $100 per report. The Basic Juvenile Male MIDSA is $25 per report and the full Juvenile MIDSA is $80 per report. We offer discounts of 15 to 40 percent if you sign a two year contract or order in volume.
