Knowledgebase Issue

Issue: I am at the Start Assessment list and my respondent is not there.
Solution: 1. The respondent was started at an earlier time and suspended. Check the "Restore Respondent" option. 2. The respondent was started and his or her assessment ended at an earlier time. Check with your administrator. 3. The respondent has not been imported into your MIDSA. Did your administrator send you a .midsagrate file? Did you click Setup (before logging in) and direct MIDSA to the .midsagrate file? Both of these steps must occur to put your respondent in the Start Assessment list.
